I'm glad that it worked out that I could shoot this party after all. My high school friend Lori is having a "LNO" or Ladies Night Out party at her home in Shawnee, KS and these are always a good time! Sometimes even we middle-aged ladies need an reason to dress up (or dress down as the case may be) and see how pretty we really still are. This fact gets lost in the day to day shuffle of carpools, laundry, and long work hours. I'm not sure who loves the pictures more... the significant other or the woman in the photo. So I'll be out of town all weekend leaving the men to fend for themselves, which they do just fine. I'll be doing a few more of these parties this summer, which is a great time to have them when you have a little tan going on and we all seem to be just a touch thinner during the warm and active months.
